We also specialize in AI-native talent: designers and PMs who understand what it means to build with AI, not just around it.
We work on a success-fee basis — you only pay when you hire. Our fee is a percentage of first-year salary, competitive with industry standard. No retainer required.
We typically present first candidates within 2–3 weeks of kickoff. Most roles close within 4–8 weeks, depending on seniority and specificity.
We hire globally, with particular depth in Europe, UK, US, and Middle East markets.
We offer a 3-month guarantee. If a placement doesn’t work out within that period, we’ll redo the search at no additional cost.
